Terms of service

Using VPN Lab means accepting these terms. They are deliberately short. If something here is unclear, ask in the bot before you pay rather than afterwards.

What you are buying

• Access to a VLESS key that works over Reality, for a fixed term you choose
• Up to 5 devices connected at the same time on that key
• All six locations: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France
• Support through the Telegram bot for as long as the key is valid

The trial

The first 5 days are free. No card and no payment details are taken, so nothing can be charged. When the five days end the key stops working. There is no subscription to cancel because none was started.

Payment and renewal

Terms are $4.90 for one month, $3.90 a month on six months taken as $23.40 once, $3.20 a month on twelve months taken as $38.40 once, and $2.90 a month on twenty four months taken as $69.60 once. Payment happens inside the bot by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto. Nothing renews automatically: when a term ends the key stops until you top it up.

Acceptable use

• No gambling activity and no distribution or downloading of pirated material
• Nothing illegal in the country you are connecting from
• No attacks, scanning, spam or automated abuse of other networks
• No reselling the key or sharing it beyond the 5 device limit

What we can do about a breach

A key used for anything in the list above can be stopped without a refund. This is not an invitation for us to police what you read: we do not have the records to do that. It applies when abuse is reported to us by the network on the other end.

What we do not warrant

We do not guarantee that any particular website, streaming service or application will work through the service, or that it will work at any given speed. Services maintain their own blocking lists and networks change. That is why the trial exists and why it takes no payment details.

Refunds and responsibility

Because the free days come first, there is no trial period to argue about afterwards. If a paid term fails for reasons on our side, ask in the bot and we will make it right for the time lost. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us.
